Position: Maintenance

Candidate must have very strong mechanical skills and must be familiar with standard trades (i.e. plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, ect.). Also should be energetic and hard working yet easy going. Candidate should be capable of working with minimal direction, yet must be approachable and easily able to communicate well with a wide range of staff, clients and guests. Organization, cleanliness and a professional attitude are a must. Constant attention to detail is also crucial. There is a moderate amount of amount of heavy lifting as well as a fair number of stairs involved; therefore candidate should be relatively fit.

Marine experience is defiantly and asset.
