Great News Klahoose band members, we now have our newest Klahoose office based in Powell River. The office is located in the Qathen Xwegus Management Corporation offices.

Councillor Mavis Kok is on location to provide a venue for urban Klahoose members to have contact with staff. Chief James Delorme spends some of his time at the location as well.

These efforts have been very well received by the Klahoose membership and there have been a steady stream of members who have stopped in.

Mavis Kok commented on the recent activity in the office. “We encourage all of Band membership to take advantage of this newest option that is being provided by Klahoose. Many are pleased with this newest effort made by Chief and Council to encourage communication with our membership.”
